Priced by how much room your stuff takes in the trailer. Dump fees are included, and the final price is confirmed on site before we touch anything.
Priced by the load
Our 14 ft dump trailer with 4 ft sides holds about 14–15 cubic yards, the same as a full franchise junk truck. So a full load here is a full truck's worth of space, at a lower price than you would pay a big-name franchise.

What affects price
Volume
How much space it takes in the trailer is the biggest factor. Neatly stacked furniture takes less room than loose debris.
Weight
Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, tile, and roofing are limited to a half load per trip for weight and are priced by weight. Text a photo and we'll quote it.
Access
Stairs, a long carry, tight driveways, or a packed-out space take extra time and can add $50–$150.
Special items
Mattresses, appliances with Freon, TVs, tires, and paint have small flat fees. Hot tubs, pianos, and safes are quoted on site.
